Exhibition "Science – the Door to the World" on the occasion of the Science Day
On June 12 of the
“International Year of Peace and Trust”, the Science Day is celebrated with
great joy in our beautiful country. On the occasion of this holiday, the Museum
of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan hosted an exhibition named "Science – the Door to the World". The
exhibition revealed such subjects as the science, history, art of the Turkmen
people, presenting the activities carried out in Turkmenistan through museum
treasures, paintings, sculptures and ceramics. A collection of scientists’
portraits, paintings showing the life of archaeologists, physicists, were
exhibited. The guests viewed the world of art through the colorful paintings
such as “Physicists” by the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Yzzat Gylyjov,
"Portrait of Professor O.Odekov" by Honored Worker of Arts of
Turkmenistan Niyazmyrat Dovodov, "They are subjugate the Sun. Scientists
of the Sun Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan" by Tokar
Tugurov. In addition, the exhibition showed rich works of art by master
sculptors such as Muhammet Yuzbashov and Arslan Garayev. The potential of
science, education, culture, and creative initiatives in strengthening peace and friendship in the world, ensuring prosperity
and sustainable development is limitless. We wish strong health and long life
to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and esteemed
President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who are currently paving the way for the
achievements in science, education, and our national culture, and the
initiatives put forward by our state.
